Class Description
Poin Fighting is a kickboxing discipline focused on fast, controlled strikes and tactical exchanges. Popular worldwide it emphasizes speed, timing, and precision in a scoring-based sparring format.
Classes are energetic and fast-paced, combining drills that improve reaction time, footwork, and striking technique. Students practice point-scoring techniques in controlled sparring, develop strategic thinking, and work on agility, speed, and endurance through dynamic exercises. Training emphasizes fun, intensity, and continuous engagement.

What You Need to Know

Classes are high-energy and guided to suit your fitness and experience. Each session starts with a short salutation ceremony, followed by warmup and functional fitness drills. Depending on the focus of the day, you may practice technical combinations, conditioning exercises like HIIT or circuit training, or partner drills. Training is barefoot and accompanied by motivating background music and short breaks are included to hydrate and refocus during training. Classes usually include sparring, adjusted to your experience level, but you are never forced to join. The instructor adjusts every exercise to help you progress safely. With regular practice, you will sharpen speed, timing, and tactical skills while learning advanced techniques in a fun and supportive environment.

For your first class, wear comfortable workout clothes. We provide spare protective gear so you can safely try the first drills. The instructor will advise on the required protective gear for regular training.

Point Fighting classes take place every Wednesday from 19:00 to 20:45. We understand it can be tricky to arrive right on time after work, so a few minutes’ grace is fine, but we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to settle in and get the most out of your session — otherwise, be prepared to do thee pushups for every minute you’re late!
