Class Description
Kickboxing is a dynamic striking discipline combining punches, kicks, and athletic movement into a complete full-body workout. Practiced worldwide at all levels â from complete beginners to competitive fighters â it develops striking power, coordination, agility, and endurance while building real self-defense awareness.
Training sessions are active and varied. Students work on striking combinations, footwork, and defensive transitions through partner drills, pad work, and bag training. Each class includes strength and conditioning elements that build endurance and athleticism. Controlled sparring is part of the program for those ready to apply their technique in a live, dynamic setting â always adjusted to experience level and practiced in a safe, respectful environment.
What makes kickboxing so effective is its versatility and balance. It develops both physical and mental qualities: power and precision, aggression and control, speed and endurance. What You Need to Know

Every class is designed to keep you active, engaged, and improving at your own pace. Sessions begin with a brief salutation ceremony, followed by warmup exercises that include functional fitness drills. Depending on the day, training may focus on technique, partner drills, or conditioning circuits like HIIT. Training is barefoot and paired with upbeat background music to maintain energy and short breaks are included to hydrate and refocus during training. Classes typically include controlled sparring rounds adjusted to your experience level, but you are never forced to join. The instructor guides each exercise, adapting it to your level. With consistent practice, you will develop flow, precision, control, and progressively master more advanced kickboxing techniques in a dynamic and encouraging environment.

For your first class, wear comfortable workout clothes. We provide spare protective gear so you can safely try the first drills. The instructor will advise on the required protective gear for regular training.

Kickboxing classes take place every Friday from 18:00 to 19:30. We understand it can be tricky to arrive right on time after work, so a few minutes' grace is fine, but we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to settle in and get the most out of your session â otherwise, be prepared to do three pushups for every minute you're late!
